What is the Booking Process?


1.  Secure Your Date

Congratulations!!!  Once you have your date,
contact us to check availability.  We can give you a rough cost estimate via email based on servings needed and basic design.

There is a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure your date.  This is applied towards the total cost of your order. We are happy to pencil you in, however your date is not secure until the deposit has been made.


To maintain our high standards, only 1-2 weddings are booked each week.  Early booking is recommended.

2.  Consultation

You are in our schedule and now the fun planning can begin!  Consultations are held at our home studio or via email/phone if you are out of town.  Feel free to bring along samples of anything you would like incorporated into your cake design i.e. color samples, fabric swatches, invitations etc.  However this is not required. We will go over some design options and sketch some cakes for you.



Local: Tastings/Consultations are held the first Saturday of the month by appointment only. 
Tastings are complimentary for booked clients, otherwise, there is a non-refundable fee of $40 plus tax. 

Shipped: We are happy to offer tasting boxes that can be shipped if you are unable to attend a consultation or are out of town.  Please contact us for shipping costs. 


3.  Design Process

Within 24-48 hours after your consultation, your cake proofs will be ready and final details are made including cost and flavors. Final Payment is due 30 days before the big day.

4. The Big Day

Due to the fragile nature of our cakes, delivery is included within Tucson city limits.  Set up and delivery is done by Alia herself to ensure a flawless product.
